Refund policy

Returnable items must be returned within 30 days of the day the order delivered or was ready for pickup. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. A store credit will be issued via email within 1-4 business days after receiving your return. You will then be able to add this to a future purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition showing no signs of wear, including original packaging and tags attached. Shoe Boxes must be inside a shipping box (or polybag), altered shoe boxes will not be accepted. Return shipping and handling is the customers responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE items and all special orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the rights to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed, or are received to us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If postage to return the items is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the items(s) will be donated to the charity of your choice.
